David has been a pro temp judge for the Clark County, Nevada District Court since 2007, and serves several times a year.  He also serves as a chairman qualified arbitrator for FINRA Dispute Resolution.  He is a former two term member of the Nevada State Bar’s attorney discipline committee, and presently serves as a fee dispute mediator and arbitrator for the Nevada State Bar, where he resolves attorney-client fee disputes.

David is a former faculty member of Columbia College, where he taught business law. He is a graduate of UCLA (1989) and California Western School of Law (1992).
